Water draining boots!

0otbabyss001.jpg

Having wet boots to a normal person means having a little snow or water in them from stepping in a puddle, however, to the Navy Seals having wet boots means coming ashore after being completely submerged. The problem with that is having water in their boots making a squishy sound while you're trying to sneak up on the enemy is the worst thing possible.

A company called OTB that produces a boot called the Abyss, "designed and engineered at the request of the U.S Navy Seals."

One, the arches are recessed, making it easier to find your foot's center of gravity when scaling ladders; two, a pocket in the tongue provides a place to tuck the tied laces into, preventing snagging; three, the specially engineered rubber soles provide "superior silent traction on both wet and dry surfaces;" and four, for that pesky problem of water--the boots actually have holes in the insoles and bottom for drainage.

This now is going to help out the Navy Seals a lot more and save them from being caught by their enemies.
